Congrove Barn

Boasting a hilltop position with sweeping views of the English countryside, Congrove Barns are a pair of barns that have been remodelled into a rustic and contemporary holiday getaway. Behind the idyllic exterior of stone and brick, is everything you need for a memorable trip away.

Divided by function, the “living barn” is outfitted with an ample kitchen, game room, TV room and open plan sitting/dining room. Interiors feature wooden floors throughout, white-washed beams, an eclectic mix of furnishings, and large glass doors that spill out to the outdoor patio.

The “sleeping barn” has two en-suite bedrooms, including a spacious master bedroom and both with their own bathrooms. The game room of the living barn has a pull-out Conran sofa which can sleep another adult or a pair of kids.

Congrove Barns is situated in a lush valley with the lights of the historic town of Bath glittering in the distance. Bath Race Course is even closer, and Bristol is only a ten-mile jaunt away. Guests love the hot tub, croquet and badminton in the garden, even dogs are welcome at this casual retreat. Congrove is a great area to explore Stonehenge and towns like Avebury and Glastonbury. The border of Wales is also close for an easy day trip.
