Beyond the dramatic hallway lies five individually-designed en-suite bedrooms, a central living area, kitchen, dining room, bar and library. The property also boasts a wine cellar and tasting room, as well as a rooftop dining area. Timber, blackened steel and exposed bolts combine with the property’s significant art collection of Maori artefacts, archaeological relics, antique books and photographs to create a rich yet industrial finish.

Guests at the Cooper Residence also benefit from access to The Landing’s facilities, such as a gym, steam room, and sports courts. Included in your stay are boat transfers to points of interest within the Bay of Islands, a complimentary allocation of The Landing wine, and access to The Landing personal chef is available at an additional cost.
