There are six en-suite guestrooms, including the master suite which boasts its own private sun deck and lounge area with fireplace. Inside is a great room with plush sofas and fireplace, a media room, and formal dining area. Running parallel to the pool outside is a well-equipped, glossy black kitchen with expansive breakfast bar.
Guests can enjoy the sunny southern Californian weather from the many outdoor entertainment spaces. On the top level is an expansive deck with sitting areas and firepit. On the lower level, alongside the villa’s main living areas, is a heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, several outdoor sofas, loungers, and an al fresco dining area with seating for 10.
