New Manor House

New Manor House is a unique five bedroom property split over three floors in rural Oxfordshire. All five bedrooms boast super king beds, three of which can be made into twin set up if required. There are four bathrooms in total, two of which are en-suite. The sitting room boasts comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove and leads directly out into the garden. The family kitchen offers a small breakfast table, leading onto a large separate dining room perfect for entertaining or large family dinners. There is an additional separate playroom or study area on the ground floor. 

Outside, the house features a large enclosed garden which is filled with beautiful plants and trees, as well as a stone gazebo and ten-seater outdoor table and chairs with BBQ, perfect for balmy summer evenings. New Manor House is located in the grounds of a private estate and therefore offers utmost privacy and private parking. Please note that whilst the garden is private and enclosed it is not 100% secure (fenced) for dogs. There is a river beyond the garden boundary so extra vigilance is recommended for small children.  There is also a beehive (located within a very old brick wall and hence can’t be removed), which may pose a risk for anyone allergic to bees.

The house is located in the village of Newington, which is six miles from the historic market towns of Wallingford and Watlington, perfect for day trips. Newington is also within easy reach of popular attractions such as Oxford, Henley, Blenheim Palace, Bicester Village and the Cotswolds.
