This stunning refined riverside three bedroom cottage was built for Queen Victoria by the Sutherlands. The quintessentially British cottage is set on the banks of the River Thames with a private garden and covered porch, amongst the stately grounds of five-star hotel Cliveden House ensuring the utmost in privacy and escapism.

Inside you will find two lounges with open fireplaces, a country-style kitchen to rustle up intimate candlelit meals as well as three comfortable bedrooms. The interiors retain its exterior Tudor style charm with exposed beams, and in the lounge open fireplaces, flat screen TV and comfortable velvet sofas. The kitchen features the quintessential english AGA as well as a dining area with a large table for up to six people. The 25sq m ground-floor master bedroom features a fireplace, king-size bed and bay window views of the River Thames. In the en-suite, there’s a shower over the freestanding bath tub and twin sinks. The second double bedroom includes a double bed and sofa, it shares a bathroom, with a bath tub and walk-in shower with the third bedroom perfect for children offering two single beds.
