The property comprises of eight bedroom suites, three cottage suites and two beautifully restored cottages; a spectacular private dining space within an authentic, medieval Tithe Barn; and a state-of-the-art cookery school. Renowned for “telling the complete story of food,” Thyme’s culinary offerings include The Swan, a 17th century English village pub at the heart of Southrop. All produce served at Thyme is hand-harvested from Thyme’s own Kitchen Garden and Farm from which The Baa, their elegant guest drawing room and cocktail bar, draws inspiration for its botanical cocktail collection and selection of English wines.
