A luxury villa just outside the centre of Rome, Villa Nocetta offers a spacious solution to a classic city getaway.
The entrance to the Villa opens onto an elegantly furnished living room, with a large fireplace. The dining room with a big table for 12 guests is bright and homely. The ground floor has a wide, fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom and wardrobe. The kitchen leads out onto the patio with a dining area and barbecue. The impressive garden features beautiful trees and flower beds and a private swimming pool. The Villa’s lower ground level is equipped with a fitness room including a treadmill as well as a flat screen TV, a big sofa in front of the fireplace, Italian wine cellar and a useful workstation with Apple computer, scanner and printer. There is also a pool table, guest bathroom and laundry area.
Upstairs, each of the six en-suite bedrooms furnished with elegant and glamorous furniture. The Virginia, Celicia suites can be doubles or twins. Augusta and Cecilia Suites enjoy a beautiful panoramic balcony on the “Valle dei Casali”.
