Wood panelled walls and ceilings coupled with dark minimalist furnishings create a calm and sophisticated environment. Large windows allow for expansive views across Wairoa bay and the surrounding vineyard from anywhere in the property and soak the room in natural light.
The living areas are open plan and airy, ideal for entertaining, with a covered terrace allowing for al fresco dining all year round. Sunset views can be enjoyed from the sheltered courtyard to the west of the property while enjoying the warmth from the outdoor fire pit.
The location boasts ample opportunity to explore outside. Walking trails connect the Villa to the beach and along the coastline, and the meticulous lawn leads to the vineyard that surrounds the property.
Included in your stay are boat transfers to points of interest within the Bay of Islands, a complimentary allocation of The Landing wine, and access to The Landing personal chef is available at an additional cost.
