Inside is two sitting areas, a dining room dripping in contemporary glamour almost completely surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and breakfast nook. There are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including the master suite which features its own lounge area with fireplace, and direct access to the pool and terrace. There is also a home cinema, sauna, fitness area and massage room.
Once outside, guests can bask in the Californian sun at the lounge and dining areas, the latter of which sits adjacent to an outdoor kitchen with wet bar and barbeque. There’s also an outdoor pool with inset hot tub.
