Faru Faru Lodge

Located in the beautiful and remote Grumeti Reserve, Faru Faru Lodge is a modern interpretation of a traditional safari camp. Within the lodge – which features 9 suites overall – a luxury two-bedroom villa suite offers the perfect place for a small family or two couples to escape to after an exciting day on safari.

The villa comprises two double bedrooms each with an indoor bath and an outdoor shower. The beautiful rooms feature a glass wall encapsulating the magical views of the wilderness, allowing guests to connect with the environment even from the privacy of their own room. A large lounge and dining space within the villa offers the perfect spot to unwind in each other’s company, away from the main lodge itself. The villa also features a private heated plunge pool where guests can cool off after a day on the Serengeti.

Whilst the two bedroom villa offers guests a private sanctuary to retire to, they can also enjoy using the facilities within the main lodge itself. Outside, there are two shared heated swimming pools overlooking the waterhole below, where one can admire the wildlife from dawn until dusk.  Inside the lodge, the décor – inspired by a botanical theme – blends contemporary and rustic style. Guests can rejuvenate in the lodge’s spa and gym, relax in the bar lounge or library area, or browse in the boutique and gallery. The lodge also offers a wealth of activities, from twice daily game drives, archery, mountain-biking to name just a few.
